Hershey park has lots of roller coasters and water rides to enjoy. The park offers concerts, strolling shows, food, seasonal events, gift and souvenior shopping. Picnic areas are outside of the park.
The Hersey Gardens opened in 1937. The gardens have a beautiful collection of flowers and shrubs. There is a Butterfly house with over 300 butterflies, themed gardens, a children's garden, seasonal attractions, events and programs. Exhibits include birds birdhouses and Bonsai trees. Weddings and rentals are available.
Zoo America has a wide range of animals that habitat is in the USA. See gray wolves, ocelots, lynx, falcons, reindeer that live in the northlands. Discover alligators, snakes, owls and other creatures that live in the southern swamps. In the eastern woodlands section, find wild turkey, bear, white tail deer, and other animals. The big sky section includes animals that live in the American Rocky Mountains like Elk, bison, prairie dogs, turkey vultures, mountain lions, and others. And then, see those animals that live in the southwest like lizards, snakes, vampire bats and others.
